Barcelona Day One

It has been a long ten days of constant class and lots of work. Thankfully we arrived at Barcelona this morning, so when the time came, I literally jumped off the boat. After we all took a cab to our supposed address, it took about an hour and a half to find our house and wait for the tenant to let us inside. The apartment itself is insane. Super modern and super girly, but luckily I am in a house with all girls so they enjoy it.

We went to a quick lunch to grab some food. I did not take pictures of any of the food because we were so hungry.

After lunch we decided to get waffles. I decided on the waffle with chocolate and banana ice cream.

After we finished eating, we decided to walk around the town including Las Ramblas and the Columbus statue.

We were thirsty from all that walking so we got a couple giant beers before we headed over to La Boqueria, one of the best markets in all of Europe.

We are going to dinner tonight at Tapas 24, one of the new modern tapas restaurants. I will take pictures and update later. Just glad to be here and I will hopefully update as much as possible.
